Licensed Social Worker
Unity Medical Center is seeking applications for a Licensed Social Worker who will perform social work duties in Grafton Family Clinic, such as supporting our Health Coaches, patients and Clinic providers, and may assist current social worker in the Hospital, when needed. Position will be 24 to 40 hours/week.
